与电磁流量计配套用的低噪音信号电缆的结构设计

 引   言
           在石油化工、冶金、食品饮料、制药、造纸、染料等众多领域,通常采用电磁流量计对流动的各种混浊、悬浮液体介质(水煤浆、泥浆污水、水泥混凝土浆、纸浆、金属流体等)的流量进行测量 。电磁流量计用信号电缆主要用于将电磁流量计的实际测量结果信号传输至显示系统。随着电磁流量计测量系统中电路的日趋复杂和对信号传输要求的逐步提高,传统电磁流量计用信号电缆的性能已无法满足使用要求,因此本公司开展了一种新型低噪音电磁流量计用信号电缆的研制。

1  传统电缆性能现状
           根据调查,传统电磁流量计用信号电缆的性能主要存在以下缺点和不足:
           a.电缆易受电磁干扰,造成传输信号不稳定。现有电磁流量计主要由流量传感器、转换显示器和励磁电源三大部分组成,其中励磁电源与流量传感器一般组装在一起,这样传输信号的信号电缆必然会受励磁电缆的电磁场干扰,影响传输信号的稳定性。针对这种情况,虽然在电磁流量计工程安装和应用时明确规定,信号电缆和励磁电缆必须严格分开(即不能同管敷设、不能平行敷设、不能一起绞合),应分别单独穿管敷设,以进行有效的电磁隔离,但造成安装敷设成本较高,而且使用不便。

2  新型电缆性能改进设计
           针对传统电磁流量计用信号电缆的易受电磁干扰和内部产生较大噪音的性能缺陷,首先根据电磁流量计用信号电缆的特点及其运行环境要求设计了多种结构方案,而后综合考虑电缆抗电磁干扰水平、内部噪音水平、工艺的实现难度和制造成本等因素对相关设计方案进行反复筛选,**终确定了新型低噪音电磁流量计用信号电缆的结构。

3  总   结
           本公司设计的新型低噪音电磁流量计用信号电缆从技术设计上解决了传统电磁流量计用信号电缆在抗电磁干扰能力和电缆内部噪音较大方面的不足,扩大了电磁流量计用信号电缆的选择性,社会效益显著。该新型低噪音电磁流量计用信号电缆在设计上充分考虑到工艺的可行性、功能的实现性和成本的有效控制性等因素,满足了各类流体介质计量尤其是微量精确计量时的分辨率、准确度、精确度等要求,具有广阔的发展前景,市场潜力很大。
